PP Plastic Parts In Injection Mould

PP injection molding is a process widely used by plastic part manufacturers. Typically, PP injection molding begins by melting polypropylene pellets to their melting point, achieving a molten state. The material is then injected into the plastic injection mold. Due to the high hydraulic pressure, the material quickly fills the mold cavity, dissipating heat into the plastic injection mold and instantly cooling the molten material. Once solidified, the molded part is ejected through the ejection point. The ejected part may require minimal trimming and further finishing, such as polishing and chemical treatment. PP injection molding is popular for its excellent performance, high strength, lightweight, and chemical resistance.
