Wire Cutting Machine Workshop

"The injection mold wire cutting machine processing workshop is a core production unit that specializes in manufacturing injection molds using EDM wire cutting technology. It uses pulse discharge to corrode metal materials to achieve high-precision, complex structure mold forming. Wire cutting uses a continuously moving thin metal wire (as an electrode) to erode metal materials through electric spark discharge. This processing method does not require physical cutting force and can avoid workpiece deformation caused by mechanical stress. It is especially suitable for processing thin-walled, high-hardness mold steel.

KRMOLD uses Japan Sodick ALN600Gs model wire cutting machine equipment to accurately control the electrode wire trajectory and achieve a processing accuracy of ±0.005mm, meeting the micron-level requirements of key structures such as mold parting surfaces and insert slots. It is used to cut right angles, sharp angles, special-shaped holes and other shapes that are difficult to achieve with traditional processing."
