Working Process of Automotive Rear View Mirror Mold: The melt passes through the injection molding machine nozzle, through the hot nozzle 23, and into the mold cavity. After filling the cavity, the melt undergoes pressure holding, cooling, and solidification until it reaches sufficient rigidity. The injection molding machine then pulls the movable mold plate 14, and the mold opens at the parting line PLI. After the automotive rear view mirror mold is opened 300 mm, the injection molding machine's hydraulic cylinder pushes the ejector plate 12, which in turn pushes the ejector rod 30. The hydraulic cylinder then continues to push the ejector plate 12 out another 60 mm, pushing all ejectors and releasing the molded part from the movable mold. After the part is removed, the injection molding machine's hydraulic cylinder pulls the ejector plate and its retaining plate back into place. The injection molding machine then pushes the movable mold plate closed, and the next injection molding cycle begins.
