The auto rearview mirror injection mold, also known as the plastic car side mirror injection mould, is used to produce precision automotive rearview mirror housings, an essential component of a complete car. This video shows the KRMOLD plastic car side mirror injection mould-making process. The molten metal enters the mold cavity through the injection molding machine nozzle and hot nozzle. After filling the cavity, the molten metal undergoes pressure holding, cooling, and solidification until sufficient rigidity is achieved. Then, the injection molding machine slide moves the moving mold plate to open the mold from the parting line. After opening 100mm, the slide separates from the plastic part under the drive of the inclined guide pillars. The injection molding machine ejector pushes the ejector plate, which in turn pushes the ejector rod, ejecting the plastic part. After the part is removed by the robotic arm, the auto rearview mirror injection mold returns to its original position under the action of the ejector rod, return rod, and return spring. The injection molding machine slide then pushes the moving plastic car side mirror injection mould to close, and the auto rearview mirror injection mold begins the next injection molding cycle.
