The entire LSR Acoustic & Wearable Injection Molds is designed to balance lightweight molding with high tensile strength of the finished product. Multi-material Dual-color Integrated Injection Molding

KRMOLD has created an integrated injection mold suitable for multi-material co-injection and two-color molding. These composite Acoustic & Wearable Injection Molds enable simultaneous co-injection molding of an inner layer of hard engineering plastic and an outer layer of soft silicone. Products such as integrated rubber coating of smartwatch cases and straps, and waterproof soft rubber rings for earphone shells, can all be completely molded using a single two-color injection mold. 

Utilizing the independent flow channel and sealed parting structure design within the Acoustic & Wearable Injection Molds, the finished product can easily meet high waterproof sealing standards of IPX4~IPX7 and even IP68.
