After plastic injection molds are manufactured, KRMOLD conducts comprehensive testing. KRMOLD dedicated quality inspection workshop utilizes a variety of testing methods and advanced equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines, optical projectors, and roughness meters, to thoroughly inspect plastic injection mould for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and form and position tolerances. KRMOLD conducts multiple measurements and verifications of key dimensions and performance indicators to ensure data accuracy. In addition, KRMOLD conducts in-depth analysis of inspection data to identify the root causes of quality issues and implement appropriate corrective measures. Through continuous improvement, KRMOLD continuously enhances plastic injection molds quality and reliability. After completing plastic injection mould quality inspections, the plastic injection molds are sent to the assembly workshop for assembly. Finally, KRMOLD conducts testing to ensure the plastic injection mould are capable of producing finished products that meet customer requirements and verify that the finished products meet precision standards.
